We can repair all kinds of computer issues from software to hardware. We can and have replaced bad cards, bad motherboards, pci slots, laptop power supplies, pc power supplies, flat screen monitors, cd/dvd drives, software issues, driver issues, viruses, some compatibility issues, and fans. However, in the event we cannot fix an item we do not throw it to a landfill! We ensure it is broken down and sent to be re-manufactured.
We only charge a low deposit to drop it off. From there we will diagnose the problem and see what needs to be done to repair it. This deposit will be applied to the total bill if you decide to get it repaired. Depending on what it needs the cost can vary, however we do require payment for any parts we need to order before we will begin work on it. This allows us to quote you more accurately so you are not getting an unexpected bill. If you decide not to have it repaired, your deposit will be applied to the diagnostic cost.
The time it will take to repair an issue will greatly vary upon what needs to be fixed, how complex the fix is, and if we have to order parts from outside our shop. The best way to tell how long it will take is to bring it in.
